En The Bike Village tienes hasta 365 días para devolver tu pedido. Y hasta 14 días naturales si deseas solicitar el reembolso del pedido a travez del mismo modo de pago que usaste.
Es tan fácil como entrar en tu cuenta de usuario y hacer clic en "Administrador de devoluciónes", una vez accedes al admiminstrador, selecciona el articulo a devolver e indica los motivos.
Finalizado los pasos, recibirás un mail con instrucciones y un formulario para adjuntar al paquete a devolver.
Es muy importante que nos devuelvas los productos perfectamente embalados. En caso de que los productos resulten dañados debido a un embalaje inapropiado, no admitiremos la devolución.
